A delegation from the Party of Modernity and Democracy of Syria, the Syrian Democratic Council (MSD) and members of the YPG relations visited the headquarters of the Democratic Union Party in Qamishlo.
The visiting delegation consisted of Feryal Thalaj, the office of women’s relations in Modernity Party, Samia al-Hamid, member of the Legislative Council, Nafia al-Habib, the relations office of the Syrian Democratic Council, and Nazar Qamishlo, the YPG relations. The delegation was received by Sabah Wahid, the Terbesbeh Relations Office, Khalil Hassan, member of the PYD’s Relations Office, Hili Shweish, the Finance Office, and Roslin Baker, Women’s Bureau.
Talks also dealt with political developments, Turkey’s threats to enter northeastern Syria, the safe area, the Idlib war and the fate of Jabhat al-Nusra.
Hence, the two sides stressed the need to unify positions, visions and options at this sensitive stage that the region and Syria in particular are going through.
